### For the business

1. Sign up on the website in a few steps (business, program, plan, account). The first 14 days are free.
2. Set the rules: points per euro and per visit, stamp cards and rewards such as a free coffee. A live example shows what each setting means.
3. Place the store QR code at the counter so customers can join.
4. At the till, staff use the staff app in the browser of any phone or tablet: scan the member code, type the receipt amount, and points, tier bonus and stamps are added on the spot. A shared tablet can have a personal PIN per cashier.
5. Follow everything in the dashboard: members, visits, points issued and redeemed, and revenue attributed to the program.

### For customers

- Payout: once a month by bank transfer, when the available balance is at least 50 €. The partner uploads an invoice or receipt for each payout.
