Partner terms

1. The program

The Loyalty.360 (Dot.360) partner program lets you recommend Loyalty.360 to businesses and earn a commission when they subscribe. Joining is free and requires an approved application.

2. Code and link

• Once approved you get a personal code and link. A sign-up is yours when the business signs up through your link (within 60 days of the visit if the visitor accepts marketing cookies, otherwise during the same visit) or types your code in the sign-up form.
• If a business used more than one code, the code typed in the form wins, otherwise the last link it opened.
• Sign-ups of your own business or with your own email do not count.

3. Commission

• You earn 20% of every paid monthly subscription of the business (and the Brand setup fee), without VAT, for its first 12 payments.
• No commission on SMS credits, product orders or other charges.
• Each commission becomes available 30 days after the payment. If a payment is refunded, its commission is removed.
• A business that signs up with your code gets 20% off its first 3 months. Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid.

4. Payouts

• You request a payout from your partner panel once a month, when your available balance reaches 50 €.
• We pay by bank transfer to the IBAN you gave us, after you upload your invoice or receipt.
• You are responsible for your own taxes and social security.

5. Fair promotion

• No spam, misleading promises, search ads on the name “Loyalty.360”, or presenting yourself as Dot.360 staff.
• We may suspend an account or cancel commissions in case of abuse.

6. Changes and ending

We may change these terms with 30 days notice. Changes do not affect commissions already recorded. You can leave any time; available amounts above the minimum are paid out.
