Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free and there is no minimum number of sign-ups.
How do you know a sign-up came from me?
When someone opens your link and accepts cookies, we remember your code for 60 days on their device. If they do not accept them, we remember it until the end of that visit. If they type your code in the sign-up form, it counts too. You see every sign-up in your panel.
What exactly do I earn?
20% of what the business pays for its subscription, without VAT, for the first 12 monthly payments. Free trial months do not count.
What if a business cancels or gets a refund?
You earn only on payments that went through. If a payment is refunded, the commission for it is removed. That is why each commission waits 30 days before it becomes available.
When and how do I get paid?
Once a month, when your available balance reaches 50 €, you request a payout from your panel. We send it by bank transfer to your IBAN.
Do I need to issue an invoice?
For every payout you upload your invoice or receipt for services in your panel. If you are not sure what applies to you, ask your accountant or write to us.
Can I refer my own business?
No. Sign-ups of your own business or with your own email do not count.
I already use Loyalty.360. Can I refer other businesses?
Yes. Every business on Loyalty.360 has its own code under “Refer a business” in the dashboard and earns a free month for every business that joins and pays.
